The art of curated hospitality venues
Our Visionary Foundation
Quay Hospitality Group was born from the belief that true luxury is not merely found in grand gestures, but in the quiet, intentional curation of every moment — the temperature of the glassware, the pacing of a meal, the welcome on arrival.
We view our venues not as premises, but as canvases where local heritage meets modern living. Every texture, every plate, every conversation is weighed for its emotional resonance.
A Journey Along the Coast
From one wine cellar to six venues across three counties
The First Door
Bodega Southbourne opens — a tiny wine shop and deli on Grove Road that becomes a neighbourhood favourite almost overnight.
Into Christchurch
The Smugglers and Bodega Christchurch arrive within a year of each other, rooting the group in the town's harbourside life.
Dining & Live Music
Eighteen Bar & Restaurant raises the culinary bar; Thomas Tripp in Lymington becomes the group's live-music heart.
Across the Solent
Salty's Yarmouth opens on the Isle of Wight — our sixth venue and the group's first island address. A new coastline, same heartbeat.
Three quiet obsessions.
Heartfelt Service
Teams chosen for warmth and instinct first. Skills can be taught; a genuine love of people cannot.
Local at the Core
Our producers are neighbours. Our teams live where they work. Our regulars are our compass.
Professional Excellence
Independent soul, professional standards. The details are where our obsession lives.
A Tapestry of Talent
Across six venues and three counties, more than two hundred people wear the Quay Hospitality Group badge — chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, housekeepers, musicians. Each brings their own story to the service.
